Cancellation Policy
Booking is easy and flexible—schedule by phone, email, or online and expect a confirmation within 24 hours. No payment is required upfront for first-time clients; payment is due upon delivery of final media. Rescheduling is free with at least 12 hours’ notice. Less than that? I’ll do my best to accommodate. Cancellations are also free with 12+ hours’ notice; same-day cancellations may incur a $50 fee to cover time and travel—waived for weather or emergencies. If weather is overcast or rainy, we can proceed or reschedule—your choice. Drone shoots may be postponed due to poor weather or no-fly zones at no extra cost. Homes should be photo-ready at the scheduled time. I’ll do a quick walk-through to help with last-minute prep. If the home isn’t ready and causes delays, the session may be rescheduled with the $50 cancellation fee applied. Final media is delivered the next day. Need it faster? Same-day delivery is available for $75 (photography only). This policy is designed to be fair and flexible. If you need something custom, just let me know—I’m happy to work with you.
